Story

However, I’m starting to get a little worried that this is going too far towards a “Lost” vibe.While "Lost" it was also a fantastic show in terms of acting, direction, etc. Ultimately, what annoyed me was how much of the mystery was there just for the sake of being mysterious. Watching the second season, I kept feeling a little annoyed every time another weird mystery was introduced, be it a symbol, object, thing, event… mainly because I can’t stop thinking “Will this be relevant in any way in the long run?

This is just one of those mysterious creatures of the fog or hatch or light etc. Because this type of mystery writing eventually gets to the point where it annoys me because the writer can reach behind them and pull out absolutely anything and never come back to it.” Okay, then. there’s a llama in a red hat whispering the words "paleontological" and "spatula"!" and that’s it, forgotten a season later, no explanation, it was just there to be weird. I’ll keep watching though, but if this has an ending one day where it’s just at the level of "it was all in his head!" and there’s no attempt to tie a specific theme-logic to all of this, then consider this review at least 2-3 points lower…
